Big Bow Free Pattern

I really love big bows, and I've seen some cute ones around lately. I recently did a search for some tutorials and couldn't find exactly what I wanted (and I didn't want to bother turning on the computer to print out the patterns either, ha!), so I came up with my own pattern.

These are perfect for using up leftover fabric. And even better, since it only uses scraps, it's easy to make a perfectly coordinating big bow for every outfit.

These are so easy to make-they probably take less than 15 minutes tops.

I've provided a downloadable pattern, using 1/2 inch seam allowances (which I forgot to specify in the pattern). Please don't share the actual file, and share the link to this post, not the link to the file.

Thanks and happy bow making!

Thanks for helping us newbies with your sewing tutorials! I have a question, as I have seen this multiple times, but don't know exactly how to interpret. When you say, "using 1/2 inch seam allowances", does that mean you have already added 1/2 inch SA or we need to add it to our measurements?

The seam allowance is included in the pattern pieces. Thanks for asking!
